Ceilings were too low for big screens so 25,000 sq. ft. of original 40,000 sq. ft. building had the old roof demolished so that a 10' higher wall with new roof structure could be built. It included an all-new tower for the neon fan display.

•  Featured: Somewhat famous neon fan display that towers to 55' in height. Box Office Magazine and other magazines when talking about Phil Harris or Signature Theatres have prominently used the neon display.
