** 1998 SIGNATURE THEATRES in Visalia , California **

** 1998 RIVERFRONT TWIN in Santa Cruz , California **

•  2 Remodeled into Stadium Auditoriums

•  Both auditoriums are THX

•  Major remodel included complete replacement of roof structure, all new lobby, restrooms, box office, and stadium auditoriums.

** 1998 TURLOCK CINEMAS in Turlock , California **

•  Construction was a remodel of 80,000 sq. ft. K-Mart, which included 50,000 sq. ft. area of raising structure 10' higher, and very large lobby with café and large game room.

** 1999 SIGNATURE THEATRES in Davis , California **

•  5 New Stadium Auditoriums

•  40” Stationary high back chairs

•  100% Digital with Dolby, DTS

•  Largest Auditorium 330 seats with 42' wide screen

•  Construction was concrete block, and included retail with frame construction toward the front of the building.

** 1999 SIGNATURE THEATRES at Dole Cannery in Honolulu **

•  18 New Stadium Auditoriums

•  40” Stationary high back chairs

•  100% Digital with Dolby, DTS, SDDS

•  All 18 Auditoriums are THX

•  Largest Auditoriums 400 seats with 53' wide screens.

•  Construction was an award winning major remodel of a building that originally stored cans for the famous Dole Pineapple canning factory that had a self guided tour for tourists of the pineapple canning process.

•  Featured: First major Hawaiian theatre all THX, beautiful Koa wood finishes, traditional Hawaiian quilt designs, and photo gallery of old Dole Cannery.

** 2000 SIGNATURE THEATRES in Fresno , California **

•  16 New Stadium Auditoriums

•  42” Rocking high back chairs

•  100% Digital with Dolby, DTS, SDDS

•  All 16 Auditoriums are THX

•  Largest Auditoriums 500 seats with 60' wide screens.

•  100% precast concrete building, which included two concrete walls between auditoriums. Amazing 6 month construction time to opening of this large 80,000 sq. ft. building.

•  Featured: First major Fresno theatre all THX, large lobby included walk through snack bar, and café. Largest auditoriums with widest screens in Signature's circuit.

** 2000 CROW CANYON CINEMAS in San Ramon , California **

•  All 6 auditoriums were remodeled into stadiums.

•  42” Rocking high back chairs

•  Largest Auditoriums 260 seats with 40' wide screens.

•  Remodel included lobby and restrooms

** 2000 FESTIVAL CINEMAS in Arroyo Grande , California **

•  All 10 auditoriums were remodeled into stadiums.

** 2001 SIGNATURE THEATRES in Sonora , California **

•  10 New Stadium Auditoriums

•  Construction was concrete block.

** 2001 SIGNATURE THEATRES in Modesto , California **

•  All 10 auditoriums remodeled into stadiums.

•  42” Rocking high back chairs

•  Largest Auditoriums 300 seats with 42' wide screens.

•  Construction was a major remodel of an older Festival (Mann) Theatre. Ceilings were too low for big screens so 25,000 sq. ft. of original 40,000 sq. ft. building had the old roof demolished so that a 10' higher wall with new roof structure could be built. It included an all-new tower for the neon fan display.

•  Featured: Somewhat famous neon fan display that towers to 55' in height. Box Office Magazine and other magazines when talking about Phil Harris or Signature Theatres have prominently used the neon display.

** 2001 SIGNATURE THEATRES in Kaneohe on the Windward side of Oahu **

•  10 New Stadium Auditoriums

•  40” Stationary high back chairs

•  100% Digital with Dolby

•  Largest Auditorium 300 seats with 44' wide screens.

•  Construction was in the shell of a JC Penney store at the Windward Mall

** 2002 SIGNATURE THEATRES in Auburn , California **

•  10 New Stadium Auditoriums

•  42” Rocking high back chairs

•  100% Digital with Dolby

•  Largest Auditoriums 300 seats with 44' wide screens.

•  Construction was concrete block. Demising walls between auditoriums were a concrete block wall, and a stud wall.

** 2002 JACK LONDON CINEMAS in Oakland , California **

•  All 9 auditoriums were remodeled into stadiums.

•  42” Rocking high back chairs

•  100% Digital with Dolby, DTS, SDDS

•  All 9 Auditoriums are THX

•  Largest Auditoriums 270 seats with 44' wide screens.

•  Remodel included lobby and restrooms.

** 2002 JACKSON CINEMAS in Jackson , California **

•  All 4 auditoriums were remodeled with new sidewall panels, and new handicap areas.

•  38” stationary high back chairs

•  100% Digital with DTS

•  Largest Auditoriums 190 seats with 30' wide screens.

•  Remodel included lobby and restrooms.

** 2003 Signature's CITY CENTRE CINEMAS in Stockton , California **

•  16 New Stadium Auditoriums

•  42” Rocking high back chairs

•  100% Digital with Dolby

•  Largest Auditoriums 400 seats with 54' wide screens.

•  100% precast concrete building, which included two concrete walls between auditoriums. There was a 9-month construction time to opening of this large 72,000 sq. ft. building.

•  Featured: 80' diameter glass dome at the entrance and custom lobby murals.

** 2004 SIGNATURE THEATRES in Palm Springs , California **

•  9 of the original 10 auditoriums were remodeled into stadiums. Auditorium 10 was converted into a meeting room.

•  Seven auditoriums received 42” Rocking high back chairs. Two smaller auditoriums received high end screening room quality chairs with tables.

•  100% Digital with Dolby, DTS, SDDS

•  Largest Auditoriums 300 seats with 50' wide screens.

•  Remodel included box office, lobby and restrooms.

•  Feature: The theatre is an important part of the Palm Springs International Film Festival held every January.

** 2004 SIGNATURE THEATRES in Escondido , California **

•  Largest Auditoriums 400 seats with 53' wide screens.

•  Construction was a concrete tilt-up shell with auditorium demising walls sheet rock double walls.

** 2004 UKIAH THEATRE in Ukiah , California **

•  All 6 auditoriums were remodeled into stadiums.

•  42” Rocking high back chairs

•  100% Digital with Dolby

•  Largest Auditoriums 280 seats with 33' wide screens.

•  Remodel included lobby, restrooms and renovation of historic UKIAH vertical sign.

** 2004 Signature then Regale's RIVERSIDE CINEMAS in Riverside , California **

•  16 New Stadium Auditoriums

•  42” Rocking high back chairs

•  100% Digital with Dolby

•  Largest Auditoriums 400 seats with 54' wide screens.

•  Construction was a concrete block shell with auditorium demising walls that had one concrete block wall and a separate stud wall.

•  Featured: Vertical RIVERSIDE sign reaches 92' high.

** 2005 REGAL CINEMAS in El Dorado Hills , California **

•  14 New Stadium Auditoriums

•  42” Rocking high back chairs

•  100% Digital with Dolby

•  Largest Auditoriums 300 seats with 55' wide screens.

•  Construction was a concrete block shell with auditorium demising walls that had one concrete block wall and a separate stud wall.

** 2005 LINCOLN SQUARE CINEMAS in Bellevue , WA ( Seattle area) **

•  16 New Luxury Stadium Auditoriums

•  42” Rocking high back chairs with leather type fabric

•  100% Digital with Dolby

•  Largest Auditoriums 450 seats with 60' wide screens.

•  Construction was in a tenant provided 72,000 s.f. space on the third level Demising walls were sheet rock double walls.

•  Featured: Wall to wall screens all with top movable masking. Two largest auditoriums feature the largest screens ever installed at 60 ft. wide x 33 ft. high for Phil Harris. Also Featured: Auditorium Presentation Systems which included capabilities to hook a laptop computer up at the screen area to the digital projector and audio system.
